Deliveries

Order Amendments

Unfortunately once an order is placed we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Changes to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts
  • Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

Australian Deliveries

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. During sale periods, allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 or FREE for orders over $100.
  • Express Shipping: $15 or $5 for orders over $100.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes & hospitals.
Authority to leave can be requested during checkout, however, the courier reserves the right to not leave the parcel.
Pemberley is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.
Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for delays whilst in transit.
