Refund policy
At Pemberley, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please fill in the Returns Form under the Contact page.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged / Faulty Goods or Goods Received in Error
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Pemberley, subject to proof of purchase, is happy to provide an exchange, credit voucher or refund on any product purchased which exhibits a genuine manufacturing fault, is unfit for the product's intended purpose, significantly different from what was shown to you or in breach of the manufacturer’s warranties or consumers guarantees.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please fill in the Returns Form under the Contact page. We will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment, and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will offer you a replacement or credit.
If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item/s to you.
Refunds are to be processed using the original tender type.
Customer name, address, and contact number must be provided for all refunds.
Exchanges
If the requested exchange items are unavailable, or further payment is required, we will contact you with further information. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing another order online and requesting a refund or credit voucher for the returned goods.
We do not provide exchanges for sale items.
Once your return or exchange has been delivered to us, please allow 5-10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you as soon as this has been completed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
